This league consists of 24 teams that alternate 7:00 and 9:15 ice times. The teams are divided into 4 groups that play 4 rounds of 5 games each, making 20 regular season games. The group winners from each round then play off to reach one winner from each group as well as a Grand Aggregate. These 5 teams then represent the league at Club Champs.
