CANTEEN MANAGER required. We require a self-motivated and creative individual to run our canteen from September to May. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ideal candidate will have short-order and banquet experience, the ability to schedule and supervise staff, must prepare daily/weekly reports, and be adept at working within a defined budget. This position requires good people skills and great cooking.
